We will then email you the address on where you can send your device. Also in the email will be a service number that you will put in a box along with your device.
After you pack up your device you will choose a shipping company ( ex. UPS,FEDEX or USPS).
We will inform you that your device is repaired. Most repairs are completed within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your item. If it takes longer we will contact you with a time line on when it will be repaired. Also in the email will be a invoice. Once paid we will then ship your device back to you.
